1，作业前先确认机械是否正常。在正式的开始工作前，首先要让机械试运转二分钟左右，看刀具上下运动，电路，气路等是否顺畅，一定确认OK后再开始工作。

2，严格按作业指导书作业，安全事故一般都是由于工作人员不规范的操作引起的，所以说使用气动铡刀式铝基板/PCB/LED分板机一定要注意操作的规范性。

4，加工时要使PCB板的V槽与直刀刀口对准对齐，这样分出来的板毛边少，刀具的磨损量也少，效率也提高了好多。

5，作业时不能将手指或其它物品放在两直刀中间。由于直刀的钢材是很锋利的，因此加工时手指或是其它杂物注意要与刀片保持一定的距离。
