分板机通常是指PCB分板机，也就是线路板分板机。分板机被广泛应用于电子产品制造业。以下分板机的优缺点：

1、走刀式分板机  Knife type plate splitter
优点：成本低 
Advantages: low cost
缺点：只能进行直线分板。有毛边。
Disadvantages: it can only be divided into straight lines. It has a rough edge.
2、冲压式分板机 
Stamping plate splitter
优点：投入成本低，速度快。
Advantages: low cost and fast speed.
缺点：由于要专板专模，后期成本高。有应力。
Disadvantages: due to the special plate and mold, the late cost is high. There is stress.
3、铣刀式分板机  Milling cutter type plate splitter
优点：可进行任意形状分板，应力很小，切割边缘无毛边。
Advantages: it can be divided into any shape, the stress is very small, and the cutting edge has no burr.
缺点：成本较大。
Disadvantages: high cost.
4、激光分板机 
Laser splitter
优点：同时具备铣刀式分板机的优点，并可对PCB板进行微分切，无应力。

缺点：机器价格昂贵。
Disadvantages: the machine is expensive.
5、铡刀式分板机 
Chopper type plate splitter
优点：纯气动(工厂常用气压即可),体积小巧(桌面式),出力大,可切任意宽度厚度的铝基板,性价比高。
Advantages: pure pneumatic (factory common air pressure can be used), small size (desktop type), large output, can cut aluminum substrate of any width and thickness, high cost performance.
