PCB分板机是PCB连片在分板的过程中，传统均用人工手动折板，虽然时效性较快，但往往因人工手折的力道不均及折板角度位置的差异，造成PCB电气回路及零件、锡道的破坏，那么PCB分板机常见故障有哪些？
The PCB splitter is a combination of PCBs. In the process of dividing the PCB, manual folding is traditionally used. Although the efficiency is fast, the PCB electrical circuit, parts and tin channel are damaged due to the uneven force of manual folding and the difference of folding angle and position. What are the common faults of PCB splitter?
1、如电源开关翻开后指示灯不亮：一种可能是保险丝熔段，需改换保险丝；另一种可能是紧急开关未打开。
If the indicator light is not on after the power switch is turned on: one may be the fuse section, which needs to be replaced; the other is that the emergency switch is not turned on.
2、行程不准：一种可能是行程计数器坏，需改换；另一种可能是行程计数器灰尘太多，清算灰尘即可。
Travel inaccuracy: one may be that the travel counter is broken and needs to be replaced; the other may be that the travel counter has too much dust, which can be cleared.
3、刀撞左侧板：一种可能是左行程光感开关坏，需改换；另一种可能是左行程开关灰尘太多，清算灰尘即可。
Knife hit the left side plate: one may be that the left travel light sensor switch is broken and needs to be replaced; the other is that the left travel switch has too much dust, so it can be cleared.
4、刀撞右侧板：一种可能是右行程光感开关坏，需改换；另一种可能是右行程开关灰尘太多，清算灰尘即可。
Knife hitting the right side plate: one may be that the right travel light sensor switch is broken and needs to be replaced; the other is that the right travel switch has too much dust, which can be cleared.
5、电机转动，刀不转：连轴器顶丝松动，翻开后壳，顶紧顶丝即可。
When the motor rotates and the knife does not rotate: the jacking screw of the coupling is loose, open the rear shell and tighten the jacking screw.
