1、走刀式分板机采用上圆刀下直刀方式,PCB板放至于下直刀上，机器通电的情况下开关一踩，上圆刀横移至所设定的点，将PCB板切断分割，切断不脱丝,切口平整。

     4、机器使用步进马达驱动，通电即可自锁，精切定位。解决了直流，交流马达在工作中因为惯性的原因工作一段时间后改变行程点的问题。

     5、采用红外线光幕开关安全保护，当手或者异物在刀运动区域内机器立刻停止工作，确保机器高速，安全运行。
